During our diagnostic service we will do a system-wide check for any hardware or software issues. We will also perform a basic system tune-up, cleaning up any junk or temporary files in order to improve performance. You will also receive a courtesy virus scan at no extra cost.
Receive an expert repair for any hardware or software related issue (requires a diagnostic). Examples include program repair, hard drive replacement, and laptop battery diagnosis and/or replacement. The price for this service depends on the nature of the problem and any parts that are required for the repair.
We are very open to requests that don't fall in line with the services offered day-to-day. If you have an unlisted/unusal repair request or issue, feel free to reach out for a quick consultation at no cost to you.
We will safely and securely transfer your important emails, files, or programs to a new device or storage medium of your choice.
We will setup a storage device with copies of your important data to mitigate the possibility of loss in the future.
This services includes the recovery of a wide range of software-related data. Examples include lost or corrupted files, accidentally deleted emails, etc.
We will attempt to recover data that is lost due to physical damage to a device or drive. This service is not available for all types and levels of damage.

If you're more comfortable with receiving the lesson at your home or office, we'll come to you. Availability for on-site visits can differ from our current office hours, contact us and we'll put you on our calendar.
We want you to get the absolute most out of any appointment you make with us. The subject matter for each one-on-one lesson will be determined by questions that you have. It is strongly encouraged that you prepare a list of topics or questions in order for our technicians to best assist you.
